• Tadin introduced the SecSpy^TM, SECS-I/II passive monitor and interpreter. The SecSpy can serve both as the TadiGuard SECS input device, enabling to add fully synchronized SECS data to TadiGuard (including lot numbers, recipes, alarms ,events, etc), and it can also serve as a stand-alone SECS monitor / interpreter.

• Tadin completed first phase of a 5-unit TadiGuard evaluation financed by International Sematech and conducted by 5 Sematech member companies. All evaluations were conducted on AMAT Centura machines, as part of Sematech / AMAT Equipment Productivity Improvement Team (EPIT) program. The evaluation reports are available to all Sematech members through Sematech (Contact Tadin for details).
  
  
• Tadin  introduced the new TadiGuard Process and Machine Enhancer, a successor to the well-known TadiVac2000 Process and Equipment Analyzing Monitor.
  
  
• Tadin  introduced the new TadiSense, a self-contained remote Data Acquisition System. The TadiSense that was originally developed as part of the TadiGuard, serves also as a state-of-the-art self-contained Remote Data Acquisition System.
  
  
• Tadin assigned Hakuto Ltd as its new distributor in Taiwan.
  
  
• Tadin received a multiple TadiGuard order from a major Japanese customer. This brings the total TadiVac / TadiGuard for that customer to over 30 systems in one facility.
  
  
• A major Tadin customer in Japan completed a long-term TadiGuard evaluation that showed significant improvement in yields on TEL TE8500W etcher.
  
  
• A major European customer completed a long-term TadiGuard evaluation on AMAT Centura etchers. A typical repeating arcing problem could be detected, analyzed and characterized. TadiGuards installed on multiple machines will detect and eliminate this prominent problem, resulting in permanent improved equipment utilization and yields.
  
  
• A customer in Asia installed TadiGuards on their Mattson Aspen Ahsers  to enhance the performance (yields and capacity) by using the TadiGuard in a unique way as a sophisticated end-point monitor.  We are always surprised by customers' innovation and TadiGuard's endless new applications.
